Adam was originally known as the ugly baby of Carol and Michael when he was introduced in "The Hamptons". Later, in the "The Soul Mate", Carol offers to show Elaine pictures of him and reveals that his name is Adam. While it is implied that Adam had grown since Elaine last saw him, he still appears to be ugly as the sight of the pictures causes Elaine to turn away in obvious disgust.
