Bill Erwin was an American actor who played Sidney Fields on Seinfeld. In addition to his work on Seinfeld, Bill also appeared in a number of other films and television shows such as Planes, Trains & Automobiles, My Name is Earl, Home Alone, and many more. Bill passed away on December 29, 2010 at the age of 96.
