Del Boca Vista is a fictional condominium complex in Florida.
History[]
Del Boca Vista is a retirement condominum complex where Jerry's parents Morty and Helen reside. It even has its own newspaper business called the Boca Breeze.
They move to Del Boca Vista Phase III as seen in in "The Shower Head" following Morty's impeachment as Condo President at The Pines of Mar Gables back in "The Cadillac" Pt. 2.
In "The Wizard," Kramer temporarily retires after having his coffee table book about coffee tables optioned for a movie. Morty decides that Kramer should be elected condo board president, so that Morty can run things from behind the scenes, like a "puppet regime".

Del Boca Vista condominium complex is located in Florida. The show never confirms it's exact location, although a map seen on The Money suggests that the complex is located near St. Augustine, FL.
