Stephen Tobolowsky is an American actor, writer and director who played Tor Eckman on Seinfeld; he made his lone appearance in "The Heart Attack". Stephen has appeared in a number of other films and television shows such as Groundhog Day, Deadwood, Curb Your Enthusiasm, That 70's Show, Spaceballs along with many more; he has also co-written a film called True Stories and has directed a number of different plays.
