Gail Cunningham is a chef, and Jerry's girlfriend in "The Shoes". She once dated (and was snubbed by) Kramer. She took extreme exception to it, but Jerry told her that once Kramer leaves the building, Kramer is out of his jurisdiction. Gail was played by Anita Barone.
