Kristin Bauer van Straten is an American film and television actress who played Gillian, a woman who briefly dated Jerry, in an episode of Seinfeld. Her character is probably more commonly known as "Man Hands". Kristin is probably best known for her role on True Blood; she also carries out conservation work to improve the treatment of animals.
