Larry the Cook is a minor character in Seinfeld. He is portrayed by Lawrence Mandley, who appears in several episodes as Larry.
Larry is the manager and cook at Monk's Cafe. He is extremely grumpy and despises people who breach public ettiquette codes in his coffee shop. In "The Outing", he gives Jerry and George a stern warning: “If you boys cannot control yourselves, then I’m afraid I’m going to have to ask you to leave.” Jerry was trying to get George to be quiet, but George wouldn’t get quiet until Larry let him have it!
