Monica

Monica is the girlfriend of George Costanza in the episode “The Cafe”. Monica is played in the episode by Dawn Arnemann.

About Monica

Monica is taking an education class and wants George Costanza to take an IQ test, which she will grade. In order to trick her into thinking he is very intelligent, he has Elaine Benes take the test for him, and Elaine is eventually caught by Monica. Then Monica takes the IQ test from Elaine and shuts the window on her right after she breaks up with George for lying to her and kicks him out of her home for not taking the IQ test.
