Noel is a pianist George Costanza dates in Season Three’s “The Pez Dispenser”. He fears that he has "no hand at all" in the relationship (as opposed to the "upper hand"), and goes to extreme attempts (preemptively breaking up with her) to get the upper hand.
Noel has an alteraction with Elaine Benes when she finds out that Elaine laughed during her recital, due to a Tweety Bird Pez dispenser that Jerry put on her leg. As a result, Noel breaks up with George.
