Peggy was a co-worker of Elaine Benes in design at the J. Peterman Catalog. She appeared in "The Susie" and "The Apology". She was portrayed by Megan Cole.
In "The Susie", she had a rift with Elaine, mistakenly calling Elaine "Suz".
