Phil Morris is an American actor best known for his portrayal of Jackie Chiles in Seinfeld. He was originally going to appear in “The Non-Fat Yogurt” if David Dinkins won the election. He did not, and so a cameo by Rudy Giuliani, who was elected, was used. The next season, he was cast as Chiles for “The Maestro”, and would appear many more times in the series. Jerry Seinfeld says that if Dinkins had won the election, Chiles would never have existed.
