Rudolph William Louis Giuliani, known professionally as Rudy Giuliani, is a former mayor of New York City. He was born May 28, 1944, in Brooklyn, NY. In the 1993 episode of Seinfeld, “The Non-Fat Yogurt”, he makes a cameo appearance. This is due to him winning the election just two days prior. In the episode, Kramer is fooling around with a lab worker; they then bump into a series of tubes. One tube with the "Non-Fat Yogurt" falls into Giuliani's blood sample, which hikes up his cholesterol to dangerous levels. He appears on TV at the end of the episode telling the city his results, and realizes the only change to his diet was non-fat yogurt, which he believes is the cause, which puts the store out of business.

Notes about Nothing

If David Dinkins won the election, Giuliani would be cut from the episode, and be replaced with a TV scene of a Dinkins aide played by Phil Morris, who would play Jackie Chiles in later episodes.
