Susan Walters is an American actress and former model who portrayed Dolores (otherwise known as "Mulva") on Seinfeld; she appeared in "The Junior Mint" and "The Foundation". Susan has appeared in a number of other television series such as The Young and the Restless, One Tree Hill, CSI: Miami, Melrose Place, Without a Trace along with many more.
